Salon Policy

Scheduling

  • All new hair replacement, hair extension and dreadlock clients need to schedule a complimentary consultation appointment prior to hair services.
  • We accept cash, credit cards and personal checks. There will be a $50 bounced check fee.
  • Some appointments may require a non refundable deposit for booking. Typically theses are dreadlocking appointments or full day appointments.
  • Please bring images of your desired hair style to your consultation.
  • Please let us know all the services you need so we can schedule enough time.

Services

  • New clients must order hair before we are able to book their next appointment.
    Existing clients must order hair no less than 2 weeks before their appointment.
  • We cannot guarantee that the distributor will have your choice in stock so it is best to purchase your hair at the time of your last visit.
  • We cannot guarantee the life of your extensions or hair system if you do not use the products recommended to you by your stylist.
  • All hair is non-refundable.
  • All of your hair is stored in our salon up to 6 months after your last appointment. At that time you will need to either pick up your hair or you have the option to donate it to someone in need.
  • We cannot mail you your hair.

Cancellation

  • Please give us 48 hour advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • If appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours we charge a $25 fee for cutting services, $50 fee for color/chemical services and $100 fee for hair restoration, extension or dreadlocking services for the stylists inconvenience.
  • Future appointments cannot be scheduled until fee is received.

Lateness

  • If you are going to be late by 15 minutes or more please call the salon to let us know and to find out if we can still accommodate your services. We may need to adjust services being done, cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the appointment must be canceled due to lateness the same cancellation fees will apply.
  • Showing up early will not guarantee earlier service.

Satisfaction
We strive for your satisfaction and stand behind our work. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied please give us a call within 48 hours and we will make every effort to resolve your concerns to the best of our abilities as soon as possible. Love and Hair Peace does not offer refunds
